yeah.. on thurs n fri went to attend the leadership training the training was vry fun n enjoyable but the onli tn i did not enjoy tat much was the TRAINER!!
on thursdae met kin ing n jun tian went to music rm opp..we were quite early though saw mis lim(xiu ping),mis goh(shihwa),mr low, n mis ng(eeekkks) den they seperate us into diff grps by giving us a small slip of paper they r 4 diff grp wolf cat chicken pig they required us to find our own grp without using the human language well, in the end i found my grp i m in the same grp wif my laogong(kin ing..weee..so happi...),rachel,weiqin,fooxin(my big monster)weiloon(leader),colin(senior),chuan yee(funny junior),kok chun(drama king),wen yang(my husband's fren)n rahul. on the first dae,chuan yee n kok chun neber joined us..they joined us at the second dae
after seperating us we were given a mission we as a team must earn $3000 in the shortest time they were diff section got transport,building,food,sport n blah blah blah...(i forgot) each section got diff 3 level the higher the level..the more $ we could get
after noeing the rules we split into diff team team a n team b team a:wenyang,rahul,rachel,laogong n mi team b:wei loon,colin,foo xin,wei qin here we go to play
my team went to the transport first ih my gosh it was so dam diff the rule was vry simple they required us to transport a person frm a pt to another pt by using tis 3 sticks provided level 1: carry 3 diff person(tat means 3 times) level 2:carry the same person 7 times level 3:forgot... hmmm...we decided to try level 1 first... well...i was the first 1 to be carry up oh my gossh it was so dam freaking scary... i could feel my legs were trembling n i knew i was vry heavy sorrie my team...nid to carry mi.. sorrie sorrie sorrie...
den we proceeded on to another section i tin was the painting de.. well..honestly...we cheated when mis lim was away...we used hands to draw wee...den we carry on to our next section it was the food section woot...tis was easy n we tried the level 2 n 3 n earned quite a sum of $$$ den we went to the building section we nid to build a level 3 storey by using postcards well..we gave up on tat meanwhile the others grp won they managed to earn $3000 well..the game end
we went back to music rm had some briefing suddenly my phone rang oh shit forgot to switch off to silent mode den the freaking trainer sae wanted to confiscate ... den i juz smiled at her cos it was so dam embarrassing
den we were given a task to do...which was the sch building project tAsK:reduces the no. of ppl litter the ground n reduces the rate of vandalism sian...so ppl pls stop littering n vandalising our new sch
den we went to lunch sian..we nid to eat wif tat TRAINER???? oh man..pls don tag along wif us...pls??would u?? hehe..we came up wif a splendid idea found a big round table..but it was not enough seats so we (wei qin,rachel,laogong n mi) pretended to give up our seat n went to sit at the 4 table seat... yeah tis solved our problem.. no nid to face tat trainer hafway..she suddenly mention bout my phone tingy she sae:"hmm..i don ani how confiscate phone...btw wad ur hp model???" i sae:"erm...k750i" she sae:"oh...well..err...u can keep ur phone...my hp was 1 series higher than ur"
wth...insulting my phone!!!!!!!!!! @^*!#$*^.............$^&*%$# phew...neber mind den she even insulted my laogong's name n even used hokkien to insult my fren too... well she can insult my phone but why she must insult my frens too???? perhaps she doesnt noe how we feels or wad r we tinking of..but at least..can she probably tink of our feeling b4 she opens her mouth to speak....tat the basics requirment lor...don tel mi she doesnt noe all tis???? cant tolerate her...but no choice stil must ren ren ren....
den we went back we appointed foo xin n wei loon as our leader... n we discussed bout the project the trainer didnt help much n gave excuses lyk..."er..i cant help u all much as i was doin the fund raising for two yrs..n i neber handle tis project b4" oh pls..even our grp the trainers did help out but uuuuuuuuu as a trainer at least can contribute some of the ideas to help us la.... wadeva ideas we brought up..she wil juz ..yeah Yeah Yeah... wad the point of uuu as a trainer?? u shld help us... but not juz saeing yeah yeah yeah we might as well don nid u...we can make it without u....
on fridae...went to sch wif juntian the music rm was not open so we went to hall n played some music went to pick kin ing den we went to music rm settled down n had some briefing
went to the hall n played some games at first we split into our chicken pig wolf n cat grp first den two diff grp were to play against each other the rules were simple we nid to complete wif each other yeah other grp won
den we plyed another game again got two catchers we nid to hop ard the hall by usnig 1 leg onli when u r caught u r required to help the catcher to catch the rest by swatin down first round the catchers were kwei yee..colin n damian ba i tin so the second round the catchers were anson n daryl
played 1 game wad got suppliers...agents n buyers 2 suppliers:shi min n colin 6 agents:kenneth,nigel,kwei yee,arifah,damian n mi the rest were buyers suppliers wil to supply stocks to agents so the agents wil sell the stocks to buyers n earned as much as possible n the buyers wil to buy as many stocks as possible... there were four stocks...pigs..cows..chickens..n fishes
well..the agents wil to bargain wif the suppliers i broughts the stuffs wif colin he got 40% profit n i wil got 60% deal...n the game started off well...i went a bit mad 1 fish worth $100...but i sold it at $900 cos it was running out of fish le
in the end i earned $11900 wahaha..not too bad after all learnt quite a lot of tins
den we went into our owngrping soon to discussed bout tins at the first dae...our grp was super quiet not as enthu as compared wif other grps but at the second dae kok chun n chuan yee joined us n we were a bit hyper n more tokative i tin we began to be more open up wif our ideas n know more bout each other
hmmm...the dae end off quickly n piles of tins nid to be done woot...m i lamented attending tis training????? i tin not... cos i got to noe more ppl n can train my leadership quality thus..i had enjoyed the training tremendously
